18 weeks

I am 18 (almost 19!) weeks and can't believe that this pregnancy is almost half way over.  Baby is definitely growing and Thursday is our big day for the ultrasound/gender reveal if he/she will cooperate!  I've been a little disappointed that I'm not feeling much movement, but every now and then I feel a flutter or roll to reassure me.

I've mostly left behind the yuckiness of first trimester, although I have had some moments of nausea or dizziness at unexpected moments.    The weirdest thing about this time around is that I have yet to gain a pound.  I am eating, and sadly, not even eating all that well, but I get full very fast and have since the baby was the size of a grape so I'm not sure what that's all about.  :) I am hoping that it means I will have less to work off at the end, but we'll see.  I'm pretty sure all the fries and milkshakes will catch up with me eventually.  lol

Numerous ladies experience a second trimester ultrasound this week to perceive how things are advancing and to ensure child's organs are growing legitimately. In the event that your child collaborates amid the ultrasound, you ought to have the capacity to decide their sex.
