I thought about being a "serious" blogger and having a Top Ten Thursday, but then I'm not sure if alliteration is cool or not. And it would require me remembering what day it is. Hmmm ... so instead ...

1. They are similar to bullet points. (fyi - because there is a bullitt county in ky, it took me a really long time to figure out the correct spelling for that)
2. You can do them in reverse order
3. They are usually a simple phrase or sentence ...
4. ... which makes them easy to write
5. David Letterman uses them all the time - wait, just kidding, that counts for negative coolness
6. 10 is a nice even number
7. They make for easy reading
8. Short people rock
